Suni has been an ATD Tulsa and Power member for five years. She has 17 years of experience in the field of Talent Development. Suni has served on the board as VP of Accommodations in 2020, President-Elect in 2021, and is currently serving as Chapter President.
In January 2022, Suni relocated to Stillwater, Oklahoma to start a new position as a County Government Specialist at the OSU County Government Training Program. She has worked mainly in the non-profit and government entities most of her career, including working for the military as a Training and Curriculum Specialist for four years and at Tulsa County as a Training and Information Specialist for over eight years. Suni has a great deal of experience in planning, developing, designing, and facilitating training for a wide variety of topics.
Suni was born and raised in Bolivar, MO and received her master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University. She has a 20-year-old son and currently lives in Tulsa.

Linda Jenkins helps nonprofit leaders create social change. As a board governance consultant and unconscious bias training facilitator, she provides leaders with strategic approaches to facilitate mission achievement. Her customized services include board performance assessment, strategic planning, and unconscious bias training. She provides her services in-person and virtually through individual and group consultations, workshops, and retreats. Linda tailors her services to fit client needs for practical strategic solutions. She has owned her own company - Jenkins Consulting Group (JCG) - for fourteen years. JCG has successfully completed 73 projects for 55 organizations.
In 2012, Linda boosted her board consulting expertise by becoming one of the first BoardSource Certified Governance Consultants®. Driven by her passion to help nonprofit leaders create inclusive workplaces, she became certified to facilitate Managing Unconscious Bias in the Workplace workshops through the Cultural Intelligence Center in August 2019. In 2021, she strengthened her ability to help nonprofit leaders govern and manage inclusively by earning the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the Muma College of Business at the University of South Florida.
Before establishing JCG in 2007, Linda honed her professional skills through positions with the City of Long Beach, the City of Tulsa, and the Tulsa Area United Way. Linda holds degrees from Princeton University and the University of Texas at Austin.
Linda is a graduate of Leadership Tulsa (1999) and North Tulsa Development Council (2011). Currently, Linda is serving as Past-President of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Tulsa Chapter and District 1 Representative on the City of Tulsa’s Sales Tax Overview Committee. Previously, she served on the board of directors for YWCA WomenShelter (Long Beach, CA), Youth Services of Tulsa, and Friends of the Tulsa City-County Libraries.

Kim was an ATD Tulsa member from 2000 to 2008, rejoined in 2017, and is a Power Member. Kim has 31 years’ experience in the field of Talent Development. Kim has served on the board as newsletter publisher and most recently as VP of Marketing in 2019.
As a training professional, Kim has a great deal of experience in planning, developing, designing, and facilitating training for a wide variety of industries including energy and industrial sector, aerospace, combustion, oil and gas, telecommunications, credit and collections, and car rental.
Kim is certified in Instructional Design, Web-Based Training Design, and Course Evaluation from Langevin Training Services. In addition, she is certified to train in MBTI, Situational Frontline Leadership, 5 Levels of Leadership, Emotional Intelligence and Insight Personality Profile.
Kim was born and raised in Tulsa, OK and received her Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing from Oklahoma State University. She currently lives in Broken Arrow with her husband, Gary. She has been married for 36 years (in June 2021). She has 2 grown sons (Ryan and Sean) and 2 adorable grandchildren (Avery-7; Atticus-5). She enjoys spending time with her family and is frequently seen traveling east bound on HWY 412 to Rogers, AR to visit her grands.

Andrea Gentis has 20 years of experience in the Talent Development field, with a background in Instructional Design, Training Facilitation, and Learning Systems Management Administration.
Andrea is the Learning and Development Specialist at Mid-Continent Group, where she delivers both ILT and VILT workshops on a variety of topics. She is a Certified Everything DiSC Facilitator and a Certified DDI Facilitator.
Andrea has been a member of the ATD Tulsa Chapter since 2020 and served on the ATD Oklahoma 2021 State Conference Planning Committee. She is currently serving as the VP of Communications.

Through his extensive background, Hansmann helps senior leaders solve employee development needs by aligning training solutions to business requirements. Using established competency models, Hansmann collaborates with business partners to manage complex projects to design training curriculum; implement learning initiatives; and provide training support for skills training, leadership programs and competency development. His work ranges from executive coaching to managing a corporate training group; and from training design to instructor-led and virtual presentations.
Hansmann has helped design and deliver enterprise-wide technical and non-technical learning programs on compliance, safety, applications, business processes, leadership, team effectiveness, and communications to name several. He is a Blanchard® Certified Manager®.
Quick to adapt to emerging trends, Hansmann works across generations using old-fashioned "lessons-of-the-ages" with evolving technology in his learning strategy and curriculum development. He also administers Learning Management Systems, e-learning and virtual classrooms.
As a storyteller, speaker, presenter and training facilitator, Hansmann uses training interventions to help people achieve their goals and realize their dreams through career development planning, team presentations and personal coaching.
Hansmann has successfully contributed to organizations ranging from small organizations with a "family" culture, to a global Fortune 500 industry leader. With experience in the project management, association management, nonprofits, automotive, trucking, consumer reporting, investigations, customer service, call center, oil and gas, and energy industries, his passion is to help people experience that "aha!" moment within his training initiatives, where personal growth becomes reality.
Hansmann has been involved with nonprofit organizations for 40 years, having served in numerous leadership roles. In addition to his service to ATD Tulsa, he is president of the Oklahoma Cornhusker Club a University of Nebraska Alumni group, and is an active member of Toastmasters International having earned the organization's highest education recognition being named a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM).
Recipient of the 2015 ATD Tulsa Distinguished Service Award, and an ATD/ASTD international member since 1985, Hansmann has served ATD Tulsa as a Board Member since 2009.
