All Leadership is Change Leadership: Effective Change Management Strategies in Our New Normal

All Leadership is change leadership. This program will outline the foundational and practical skills that effective leaders will need to master to be both proactive and reactive in our new normal. The Covid-19 Epidemic taught all of us that our talent is the lifeline of our businesses and organizations. We learned that talent development had to continue despite many barriers to success including expanding and maximizing virtual learning opportunities and platforms. Leaders must learn how to value talent and their talent development teams, so that they can effectively lead them during business altering challenges.

Program Objectives:

  • Analyze their own leadership styles and practice change management skills that will help them achieve sustainable organizational results
  • Determine ways to overcome organizational barriers to change management
  • Create strategies for overcoming individual talent’s resistance to change.
