Trainers are not just teachers. We are asked to counsel and guide our business partners. We are asked to design AND facilitate classes. We often need to be experts on software and technology. We are asked to be the focal point of talent development. And, most of us want to know what our peers are doing to meet all these expectations.
Maybe you already know the latest trends. Perhaps you are an expert in instructional design. You might be the “go-to” person when it comes to learning facilitation. Test your knowledge and share your expertise with your peers at the ATD Tulsa program on Friday, August 14, as Walt Hansmann, CPLP and Larry Straining, CPLP lead you on a path of discovery!
