When done correctly, coaching is a powerful tool. Most learning and development professionals are asked at some point in their career to provide coaching. It may be for a subordinate, a peer, or a superior, all the way up to the C‐Suite. Not everyone may be comfortable in this role, nor have developed their coaching expertise. This program is designed to help the learning and development professional step into this role with more confidence. If you currently do coaching, enhance your program with these practical but proven techniques from Teri Aulph. Teri is a Senior Advisor and Consultant with The Persimmon Group, who has deep expertise as an Executive Coach.

This workshop is designed to provide learning through proven coaching methodologies with experiential activities and interactive dialogue. Leave this session feeling assured and ready to implement actionable content.

As a Professional Speaker, Executive Coach and Senior Advisory Consultant for The Persimmon Group, Teri helps organizations build and refine talent, and heal and nurture cultures to support collaboration and innovation. She has deep experience working in human resources including 3 Fortune 500 companies and also within the public sector. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of Oklahoma, where she also studied Human Relations in the MHRA program. Teri also attended the EMBA program at the University of Michigan. Teri is active in the Tulsa community, volunteering with the American Heart Association and as a Baron for the Cattle Baron’s Ball. In 2017, she was inducted into the Woman of the Year Circle of Excellence. Teri has been awarded the “Women in Business Champion of the Year” by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and has been named on numerous lists recognizing distinguished professionals in Oklahoma.
