The Training Essentials workshops will provide an overview of the essential skills all trainers need to be effective.

The second of the workshops, Delivering Learning, will include an overview of facilitation and training delivery. This highly interactive session will have you discussing in small groups, and then demonstrating techniques you can use in your sessions.

Upon completion of this session, you will:

Be able to implement 3 essential techniques to engage learners in your classrooms;

Be able to replicate 3 simple guidelines to control unruly participants;

Be able to demonstrate the difference between lecture and facilitation.

Walt Hansmann, CPLP has been a workplace learning and performance professional for 27 years. Walt not only designs learning, but is also a much requested training facilitator. He earned ASTD's Certified Professional in Learning and Performance in 2009.
