Drawing upon ATD’s 2021 survey, which gathered information from 223 organizations across a diverse range of industries, company sizes, and locations, this year’s report presents results in a robust, data-driven guide to demonstrate what has happened in talent development in 2020 amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
